Personal information may include, but is not limited to, name, address, email address, phone number, emergency contact information and information about participation in events.

• To provide an accurate timing service to an event organiser. A small subset of the data is published onto our events to allow participants and the public to view the event results.
• To communicate with event participants and event organisers regarding results, events, services, and other information
• To improve our services and website

• To analyse website usage and improve user experience through the use of Google Analytics

Personal Data Storage

The results data displayed on our website will remain online until either the event organiser or participant requests the removal of the data. Medical and emergency contact information are never published onto a cloud server, this data will be permanently from our internal servers approximately 14 days after the event has happened.

We do not sell or share personal information collected from our customers and users of our services to third parties.
